Terms and Conditions

Midnight-5 Creations (M5C) Terms and Conditions is like a contract between M5C and you, the customer. M5C will do its best make information and services available to you, you in kind must be willing to accept that M5C might not be able to complete your order as you would like.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow for:

• Midnight-5 Creations (M5C) reserves the right to cancel orders.  This can happen in instances where customer behavior is unacceptable such as engaging in hate speech, bullying, foul language, threats, etc., or we just can not reach an agreement.
• M5C will do its best to manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• Please be kind and patient. M5C wants to do the best job we can for you. We would hate to lose your business or disappoint you.
• M5C reserves the right to disable user accounts.
• There are no refunds once engraving starts.
• M5C will try to repair damaged goods damaged during shipment, however, the customer must pay all shipping charges to and from.
• Photographs of completed work will be provided prior to shipping if requested.
• Orders canceled before engraving begins will be refunded.
• Order specifics or questions will be handled mainly via email and if necessary by phone.
